We have distributed 3,000 leaflets around Stoke Gifford
(Mead Park, Royals and The Village areas).
We have been staggered by the response from locals, not only in stoke Gifford, but also in Little Stoke, Bradley Stoke, Frampton Cotterell, Winterbourne and Cambridge, Cumbria and even Canada!
Our petition has reached to date 472 signatures (and still climbing). That’s over 15% of the people who received leaflets signing in support of our campaign. Fantastic.
On top of that we have seen many, many leaflets in windows, on lamp posts, bus stops and someone seems to have put them on the big yellow Metrobus signs too!
A great big thank you to all, and let’s keep this campaign going. Your council is a great authority, but sometimes like all big authorities, they need reminding who they serve and who to listen to.
