Councils Embarrassed About MetroBus

Did you know that both South Glos Council, and Bristol City Council are embarrassed about the MetroBus and how controversial it is?

The routes proposed and being built destroy allotments, grade A soil, trees, wildlife habitats, parks and people's properties.

However, you would thnk the councils would be over the moon and proud of this amazing MetroBus project. I mean, OK it's not as advanced as a train, or tram, or even a shuttle bus. In fact it's a dinosaur of a project that uses fossil fuels and an outdated technology that the Japanese, Koreans and Chinese would be embarrassed to use (I know, as I have spoken to civil engineers from that region).

So do you think your council is embarrassed too? Have a look at the giant yellow information boards next time you pass a route.
